Annual Maintenance Subscription

We have changed the structure of our current annual Software Upgrade Fee. It will now be called the Annual Maintenance Fee and be priced at Euro 400 (Euro 150 for miniROMDAS) per annum. As well as entitling the user to the current update patches of the software the user will also get the first 5 hours of technical support free of charge. Any further technical support above the five hours will be charged at the discounted rate of Euro 50 per hour. This discounted rate is limited to 15 hours per year.

An invoice for the next year's Annual Maintenance fee will be sent at the anniversary of purchase date for those with a current Software upgrade fee, otherwise those with expired Software upgrade fees will be invoiced at the beginning of 2008. Two or more years Annual Maintenance fee can be purchased at a 25% discount.

For non-subscribers of the Annual Maintenance fee the price for the current update patch is Euro 500 and all technical support is at Euro 85 per hour.
